- People suggest doing random things you find online like Meet Up or whatever. It's obvious that any dude that goes to those is just trying to score chicks.
It's also pretty awkward in my opinion to hang out with a group of people you've never met before just because you don't have anyone else to hang out with, especially other guys there who are clearly just interested in meeting girls, not really making guy friends.

I just find this amusing since I'm from the East Coast (NJ), where everyone here relates with being rude and standoffish.
I'm not a model or anything, but I'm an average looking guy who's intelligent, friendly, and has a good job. Really sucks because I do really like LV, but not being able to join the dating world definitely puts a damper on the whole experience and is a determining factor on whether I stay here or not.
If you have a date, why not leave the city center and spend the day hiking Red Rock Canyon or Mount Charleston. Attend an Outdoor Concert Speaking of Red Rock Canyon, it hosts a number of spectacular concert series. If you don’t have a date, the Las Vegas Hot Boats Club might be a great place to meet other water lovers.
